How do your items fit?

+ We include fit notes on every item whenever possible! If a style runs oversized, fitted, stretchy, or true to size [TTS] we'll let you know in the product description. Still unsure? Message us~we love helping you find the right fit.

What is your return policy?

+ All regular priced clothing can be returned or exchanged with 10 days of purchase [or delivery, if online] for store credit only. Our store credit does not expire. All sale items and accessories are considered FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. See our FULL RETURN POLICY here!

I bought something and I'm not in love. How do I start the return process?

+ Easy peasy! Start your return/exchange by visiting our return portal here! Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label with return instructions. If you purchased the $1.98 easy return for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our Re:do Return Portal at no additional cost to you. [Re:do still abides by our return policy] The customer has the option to remove the Re:do protection of $1.98 from their cart before checkout. If you didn't checkout with Re:do, you will still need to go through our return process like normal but you will be able to purchase a label through them with a discounted shipping rate saving you time and money!

Will sold out items restock?

All of our styles are limited quantity. We only purchase one pack of each style, which is generally a max of six. Once it's gone, it's gone. We do not reorder. If you love it, don't wait too long, Bestie 😉 With that being said, we have a constant flow of new merchandise arriving weekly. You are sure to find something else you will love.

How can I be first to see new arrivals?

+ Join our email list or follow us on social and become a Bestie! Our email subscribers and followers on FB & IG are always the first to see our Fresh Weekly Drops. We drop our new collections every Thursday at 9am CST.

Do you offer a rewards program?

Yes! We call it Bestie Bucks and it's our little way of saying thank you for shopping small with us. When you create an account  and shop with Best & Co., you'll earn points on your purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Because cute clothes are even better with rewards attached 😉

Do you carry curvy sizes?

Yes! While our curvy customer base is still growing, we offer limited styles in XL-3XL. The more curvy customers who shop with us, the more styles we will be able to offer. Here is our current Curvy Bestie Collection

Where are you located?

+ Our "little pink shop" is located at 4480 Main Street | Zachary, Louisiana 70791. We are in the heart of downtown next door to the historic train depot.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You can choose "Free In-Store Pickup" at the time of checkout. You can plan to pick up your purchase during our normal business hours [Tue-Sat 10am-5pm]. All online orders for in-store pickup are usually filled in less than 3 hours for same-day pickup.

How fast do orders ship?

+ We ship orders out Tuesday through Saturday. Any order received after 2pm Tue-Fri will ship out the next morning. Any order received after 2pm Saturday will ship the following Tuesday. Orders are generally packed and ready to be shipped within 24 hours.

Who owns Best & Co. Boutique?

Best & Co. is family-owned and mama-run by Jessica Best~a wife, a mom, and OG Bestie with a love for community, connection, and helping women feel confident in what they wear. What started as a whisper from God and a small dream grew into the little pink boutique so many Besties now call their favorite place to shop.
